Nah that wasn't me...I took this one and only shot between T3&4 just because I saw the opportunity to try something different...unfortunately next car by hit the fence so I didn't end up trying it again. Will attempt something similar for the next round.

We ran the lovely 360GT this weekend at Sandown. Such an amazing car. Love it to bits. (sometimes literally).

This weekend was it's 40th race meeting in Oz (since arrival 05), so I/we had a little 40th together!

It ran perfectly all weekend, needing just 1 cable tie as the only attention other than tyres/fuel! A miracle!!!! I doubt there would be a car at the meeting than ran so well/cheaply!!!!

Anyway, wrapped it up in its silk pyjamas and put it back to bed again now, as the Lambo will be fixed soon and the Ferrari stallion can go to stud  :tilt:

Didn't take any pics... sennaxxxx, were you there???

you haven't spent enough time around cup cars.

That's the norm.

dream on scuddly! I've spent MORE than enough!

flat spotted tyres from no abs on 997 for a start, then theres bodywork falling off all the time from little trips across the grass, of course a radiator or 3 the moment you even nudge anyone, a muffler if you get nudged, bloody brake pads every meeting or there abouts. There's ALWAYS someone doing a clutch/gearbox somewhere ESPECIALLY on 996's. Drive shafts are often trouble too I've noted...

I could go on!

yeah Porsches are generally more reliable than Ferrari, but nothing like as much as you might think. And what I mean by that is that Porsches are NOT "that" reliable/trouble free in racing, and I don't mean that Ferraris "are" usually trouble free!

This weekend was a good one for it, it usually has some little drama somewhere.

Yeh I was there in the brilliant Melbourne weather on Saturday! And managed to catch a few races on Sunday. Been a little crook last 48hrs so I'll get some pics up by weeks' end.
