But the crunch part is this...

I'm a stickler for detail, some others are actually OCD/ADD about it....

But, the BEST drivers to ever drive cars here in Oz, have sometimes driven cars with really bad alignments, or even badly damaged cars, and as an example, at Winton, the difference between a perfect alignment, and a shockingly bad one, is about 1.5 seconds a lap.

The bigger difference, is in tyre life.

Whilst I don't doubt you about the lap time, for normal use a good wheel alignment just makes a car better to drive. Tyre life, while an obvious issue, isn't immediately noticeable, unlike the feel.

In Melbourne, we're really lucky to have an incredible service.

I can't rate these guys highly enough...

They have all the latest Corghi aligning, tyre fitting and balancing gear, in the back of their van, and they'll come to your house or workshop or office and fit up your new tyres, at very competitive prices, while you watch
.

They'll even do your alignment in the car park if the ground is flat enough.
