easy way is to try it out, and hope there is enough run off at the end cause there's no fucking way it would tip into turn one and hold on, so i guess you'd end up into the wall before the sea, and probably be dead.

Im going to chime in, mostly for the lulz.

Monza straight is 1194m.  This guy can steer a bit above the average level and hits 295km/hr indicated on his best attempt.

Phillip Island is a bit under 900m long.  It has 3 gradients, starting with a downhill section after the exit of turn 12, turning into a slight climb, followed by another downhill after the overpass. 

Corner speed in the final corners of both tracks isn't dissimilar. 

I very much doubt you'd hit 300 indicated, let alone 300 true speed.
