I do know of the owner of this plate & it is on this type of car.

It's a rough photo, so it's hard to be entirely conclusive on the digits/characters but I think you might be right.

Plus DTEI issued custom plates have the SA above whereas the current historic plates have the SA to the right of the digits. Yep, nice pick up Scott.

That is "TT1" and is owned by a local Real Estate Agent with corresponding initials.

SA "111" is owned by a descendant of the original registrant as is unlikely to ever come up for sale; it lives on a large pastoral property in the south-east so spotting it would be a coup.
