The forum time for me is exactly 30 minutes in the future... Confuses me every now and then...

That's what I'm trying to figger out!

You would be close to GMT, click the link that says "current forum time" and it shows how to put things in your current time.  I'm looking through the database, still not sure if it's a problem with the posting or the retrieval.  I'd bet on retrieval if I had to, because on the index of the forum when it shows the last post time it shows it correctly, it's only in the message itself that it's bung.

Messing around with stuff again so things might go screwy.

FWIW on the support boards someone else has piped up saying they have the same problem which just started happening for no reason in the last couple weeks - so hopefully between us we'll figger it out.

For now I've disabled the today/yesterday settings so it will show the actual time that the post thinks it is - this will give a better idea of whether we're looking into the future or the past.

The timestamps are being recorded correctly - I just checked some against a Unix Timestamp converter and they came up showing the actual correct time the posts were made so at least there's no errors in the database.

I'm looking at the functions used to get the datetime in the index and the messages themselves - I can't see a difference.

I might set the board to GMT for a while so there's less math to do in my head as I look at times and stuff.
