Nope I can't help, I haven't been able to get it working for a while now, just do everything the old fashioned way. Any help would be great as I have more to put up

Ok - I'll look into it later this week.

There's a tool called JUpload which might help if you want to read about it/try it, I don't know anything about it though so I'll check it out later too.

Edit: looks like JUpload is something *I* have to put on the site from this side, which might allow drag-drop and better upload facilities.  More info later...

Make sure you've got the latest version of Java.

It doesn't work in IE for me - causes javascript errors which I'll look into, but is fine in FireFox.

Just tried again - works brilliantly on FireFox at least

However it was created by someone in sort of broken english so I'll have to spend some time making it a little more logical.

Nice, it does work great! It had a few error messages but the pics I selected were uploaded anyways, so it's all good
