I guess it's just me being ham fisted with it. But it locked out my accounting software, and printer, and a few other things. I think it just needs settings set, but in the few hours it was uninstalled to allow me to do some invoicing, a virus snuck in I think.

I've been sending rogue emails apparently. some single line link crap. it's gone through my address book from a to c so far

They have a support line and they even speak English, really give it a go they'll get you through the issues then you're set.

Set it to automatically update it will update twice a day without you knowing.

If you get a nasty virus you can try to Google it but not being tech savvy you're better to call CA and if necessary get the local PC man in the fix it. In the past I've had to Google for ages and try numerous things to get rid of viruses but no trouble since installing CA.

I guess it depends on your relationship with the dealer.

I took a car in this week, They let me use their SD1/2 to sort out a 550, didn't charge me a dollar.

I bought a $600 part from them that i could have got for $300 elsewhere, but hey, the world keeps turning and we're all friends!
