It's a bit of a strange beast - we were discussing it briefly the other night, I think it depends on *how* you land on a page.  Either way - you can't ignore it anymore. :p

yes..... but i assume because of popup blockers, some people miss it...

Just noted that the "Forum stats" that show latest new member is showing 919 members but the membership list is showing 874?? I guess the difference is the "deleted" members?



So which total do we take when the membership list hits 1000??
Just thinking of an excuse for a piss up.   :p

Noticed this too - I think it depends on *where* they joined up, given that this site has the membership integrated across forums, galleries, classifieds etc I think there's a slight syncing issue for those who joined up via the classifieds - *just a theory*.

As for a reason for a pissup....  the day ends in a "Y" ?
