It still uploads inline - but on their server, and resized at their discretion, and it fails if the image is larger than 300kb... :rolleyes:

Yeah, big issues a while ago when they stopped allowing people to upload to the forum but had to upload to Tapatalk's random IP servers instead.

Thinking of blocking Tapatalk access.  You dorks with iPhones can just wait until Steve Jobs dies and Apple actually enables you to do useful stuff with YOUR device and upload things and really strange shit like that.

I'm constantly getting errors saying this server has not activated tapatalk
If I am reading a thread, I can't go back a page or any number of pages.
I'm sure at one stage I could post photos from tapatalk, but I can't now.
 :(

I have no problems that I'm aware of... what is/why need tapatalk? what does it do?

When working properly it strips all the crap off and reformats it to be really easy to read.
Makes pics thumbs that are clickable so you only download if you want.
It a worthwhile app if the server supports it.

tapatalk is great, last time when I installed it listed AE as a favourite it said that AE was a bit outdated and may not support all of tapatalk features
