I will hold out for a F40 maybe when I can afford it! In the meantime maybe I could start renting a few out like a 485 or 360 around the year 2005 - 2008?

Plus

Porsche Boxer 2009 or newer would be in demand?? Any recommendations on colour?
2011 LOTUS ELISE 111 MY11  They have yellow ones, but not sure on that?
Also thought 2010 BMW Z4 ??

and maybe..2010 CHEVROLET CAMARO SS  ??

We are looking to get 2-3 cars to rent out, we have a budget of $200k what cars would you recommend we get, that will be popular?? Main market 25 - 45 year olds.

Any info like make, model, colour, year etc would be great. We also need to keep in mind maintenance costs and depreciation.

We have maintenance money aside, $200k is for the cars.
