lets discuss our own first cars then

mine was an electric blue toyota corona wagon
it had aftermarket air conditioning, which was the main attraction for me, since the other cars in the $500 - $1000 range didnt have air con
and it was icy cold too, until 3 days after I bought it when I was sitting at the lights and a small explosion followed by what I thought was smoke came out of the bonnet
turns out it was the air conditioning

then 3 weeks later it was parked in the street and I heard a huge crash
I ran outside and a green and gold restored ford capri had ran up the back of it
the driver was dazed and confused and I helped him out of the car, got him a seat, and ran inside to get an ambulance, when I came back he was gone.

The cops came and whilst they were there they got a call reporting the capri as stolen

the cops sent for their dogs and they tried to track him down but were unsuccesful

My father then bribed the crash repairer where both my car and the capri were taken to, and we got the address of the owner of the capri, as we thought he might be the owner of the capri...we went around to the address and it wasnt the guy, and he was pretty upset as he had only put the motor back in it a week before
