CSL?
No, just a normal 325.... But I'd they improved that, it would be magic?.....
But after looking at the Audi.....I'd probably go the newer car

if its a daily driver buy the audi
if you want something rare and special to use sparingly and keep for a long time buy the CSL
the other option of course is an e92 M3 coupe or e90 M3 Sedan with a MANUAL gearbox.
I'd probably go the e90 M3 sedan but they're all awesome.
Also at this price level you can get an awesome porsche or even a Nissan GT-R
