Where do you send your ballistic brand new Focus RS for more power? Tunehouse!

Tunehouse is a Sydney based Performance Workshop specialising in wide-span vehicle servicing, maintenance and performance enhancements, with particular emphasis on late model vehicles.

According to Jim Ghelis Tunehouse offers all types of automotive services in Sydney, and there is no doubt how well they are known in the performance circle.

Jim is certainly is a man with an understanding of the industry. Hes been around since the modern tuning movement took off with turbo performance vehicle tuning back in the early 80s and hes still producing the goods.

A bit on the Ford Focus RS
The Ford Focus RS is now available in Australia and with only 315 units available in the Australian market, its 'future legend' status is all but assured. Whats amazing that brand new RS owners are already moding them!
The second-generation Ford Focus RS is available in just one specification level, along with three exterior colours: Ultimate Green, the signature colour of the latest Focus RS; Performance Blue, the colour of the original Focus RS; and Frozen White, a classic RS colour.
So what does 60K buy with the RS? Well with 224kW and 440Nm generated by Ford's 2.5 litre Duratec five-cylinder turbocharged engine, the Focus RS dispatches the 0-100km/h sprint in 5.9 seconds.

The Suspension handling is managed by Ford's innovative RevoKnuckle front-suspension system and Quaife Automatic Torque Biasing limited-slip differential. Braking is covered by 336mm ventilated front and 300mm rear brakes.

Tunehouse style
SO you have bought a brand new RS focus RS, first stop Tunehouse for a remap that will take a ballistic car from the factory and turn it into the ultimate street weapon. With a custom tune mapped in by Jim at Tunehouse this RS Focus can expect  a healthy 20Kw gain at the wheels which no doubt will see the 19 inch Continental Sports tyres protest with every gear change.

The interior has figure hugging RECARO seats which makes this package feel even more race inspired.

We will watch on with anticipation for more Tunehouse cars this year with the Motor Magazine Castrol EDGE hot tuner challenge set to run again.

we are car enthusiasts who love what we do. We look after all types of cars. Racecars, Prestige, Performance, Classic, Fleet and Family cars. We offer a full range of mechanical services, including dyno-tuning, new car warranty servicing, performance accessories, modifications and all mechanical repairs.
