But in all seriousness,  I presume you never take it to work?  Because from what you've said your work is quite a drive which I presume would rack up the k's far quicker than that?

My wife took an immediate liking to it and she uses it as a daily. I am still driving my Rangie which wasn't the original plan. I guess I will get the Model S back when I buy a Model X.
The daily grind is only about 70km; but what used to be open roads is now suburbia so it takes forever at peak hour.

Is the Model X available to spec yet? On MyTesla I can only reserve a car, not build one...

If you put $6k down you can reserve a car. They then give you access to the configurator and order section a few days later.
All ordered cars have a 2017 estimated delivery it would seem.

Agree its bullshit. A pleb like me with no money can go configure an F12, but not a Tesla…  :doh:
