We have sent confirmation emails out to all those that have emailed us

The next part of the entry process is that we will email the event Supplementary Regulation and Catergory Descriptions a few weeks before entry. The actual day and time of entry will be included in this email.
- We will have 140 entries available on our entry list.
- Entry priority will be initially given to previous entrants of the Snowy Mountains 1000. They must however enter within a 12hr period. After this, entries will be opened to all others that have emailed us.

We would also highly recommend that if you have any other friends, family, workmates etc that wish to enter, that you encourage them to email us within the next 6 weeks.

So how does this thing work?

What's the entry price?  What's format?

It says a 1000m runway sprint, but the runway is 2.8km long?  How does that work? Rolling start?

This could be a fun one ... anyone else from AE going?

Cheers
Andre

I'll be going again this year - will probably take the RS6 for a run.

It's a standing start event - the excess runway is just braking space though not really needed for anything sub 300kph as you can pretty much roll down to the end of the runway.

It's more a social motoring day than a serious Motorsport event - there are a few entrants who build faster weapons each year to chase the trophies but I mainly go for the novelty of running a different car each time and for the 'car show' feel of the open pits.

Has anybody hit up Adam in the Pagani ??

That would be cool to have the KE and the Pagani and some proper exotica.

I know the timed part is only 1000m from the start, but the runway is 2.2km (?correct), so does that mean we get to stretch the legs on the cars a little further to the braking point?
