Australia has a strong tradition in classic motoring, with over 700 car clubs nationwide. Club events are a popular on the classic motoring calendar, often attracting in excess of 5,000 enthusiasts and 1,000 cars to one-day events, including drive days and concours d’elegance displays. Victoria itself has a long history in the motoring industry, not only as the spiritual home of Holden, but as the long-time host of the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Phillip Island Classic Festival of Motorsport.

In October 2010, Exhibitions & Trade Fairs will stage Motorclassica, Australia’s first International Concours d’Elegance and Classic Motor Show, bringing together the most beautiful cars in the world, from both Australia and abroad, over three days at the iconic, world heritage-listed Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton Gardens.

Awesome, will they be on display for the whole 3 days? Also, any clues as to what else will be on display in that section?  :)

I'll be going mainly to see the McLaren but the Xj220 is definitely worth a look too.

Sounds like an interesting show.
