... and it hasn't had an oil filter change for about 15+ years... those blue ones went out of production in the late 90's

from what i can tell any LHD car which was released domestically in RHD form automatically loses 50% of it's "askability" value. 

if otherwise mechanically sound, with a freshen up and service it could be a reasonable oddball daily bitch car if the seller had realistic intentions of not trying to flog it for much more than $20k.  thing is you wouldn't count on ever being able to sell it again yourself.  :?

I meant to say 80's.. regarding the blue oil filters...

Today I followed a garbage collecting truck... it was "dual control"... but there was only one person in it, and he was driving from the left hand seat... and he was not on a garbage collecting route..

there is another grey area in LHD usage legislation here I think...
