*Spares included: running gear from a 2nd Lotus Elite, which is reportedly to be from the wrecked 1960 Sebring race car - engine, gearbox, RHD dash showing 265 miles, left hand door, other minor body parts, diff assembly, wheels, suspension parts, etc.

Jay Chamberlain (born in Los Angeles, California, December 29, 1925 - died August 1, 2001) was a racing driver from the United States. He participated in 3 World Championship Formula One Grands Prix, debuting on July 21, 1962. He scored no championship points. He also participated in numerous non-Championship Formula One races.
