I may well be mistaken but some of the listed specs (ie twin dellortos, NCT tyres, power) for the 1990 LOTUS ESPRIT S5 look to be specs from the S3 Esprit's of 10 years earlier.......

It's probably one of the very early S5 built in late '87, early '88 (carbed) and simply registered in 1990.
But it has a '89 onwards side mirror. And why does it only have one side mirror? Interior is not original either as those era Esprit's never came with the two tone leather in that pattern.
Also, don't forget the S4 wing that sits on the back, in the wrong place I might add.
