I like that blue, Its the black that is the problem, makes the car look dull. If it was kitted out like this it would give the car a much needed lift. Some sunlight would probably help as well.

Along came a Spyder! MHH… battle stations!

http://www.motor1.com/news/58989/mclaren-675lt-spider-officially-confirmed?v=2&section=1&s=1

McLaren has announced a Spider version of the now sold-out 675LT is in the works and will likely come in 2016.

When McLaren introduced the 675LT, they said it will be sold exclusively as a coupe, but now it appears they've changed their minds as a company representative told Autovisie there's going to be a Spider version as well. The coupe was limited to just 500 units and we believe the open-top derivative to be just as exclusive and will obviously command a serious premium over its fixed roof sibling which had a starting price of £259,500. Just like with the coupe, expect the 675LT Spider to be offered with an optional McLaren Club Sport pack bringing a fire extinguisher, titanium roll hoop and four-point harnesses - all for an extra £5,090.

Power will come from the same twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine pushing out 675 PS (496 kW) and 700 Nm (517 lb-ft) of torque wrapped around in a package that will weigh around 100 kg less than the 650S Spider. Performances should closely mirror those of the 675LT Coupe which needs 2.9 seconds for the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run, 7.9 seconds to complete the 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) task before topping out at 205 mph (330 km/h).

It's not known at this point what made McLaren change their mind about the 675LT Spider, but most likely they received a lot of requests from potential customers to chop off the coupe's roof.

In 2016 by the look of it. :)

So we should expect to see a very well priced 650s come on the market next year.

May the Horse be with you....
