I would perhaps think twice about that.
The local authorised repairer had to respray an entire car for the importer when an overhead sign fell on it and damaged one panel.
It is a totally different process to normal painting (relies on a chemical reaction and changes colour overnight as I recall) so they can't patch repair it properly. Nobody is sure about its fade resistance either long term as the process hasn't been durability tested for long enough.

Correct. It's a stunning but high maintenance colour. Rosso Mugello is a low maintenance non-metallic isn't it?

Pretty much correct on Rosso Mugello as it isn't a pearlescent paint even though it has some of the characteristics.
It can be a little difficult to match because it has a really mean flip to it in different lights.
