I like to have at least a project a year but this one I think will be a special build with a sensational return. The dirt was bought for a lot less than I thought it was worth. I'll set up a thread once I've had the concept drawings but I'm planning 3 levels, car lift, infinity pool and sensational city views.

Fortis's build has given me inspiration. Won't be as grand as his though
