Bugger!

but show us your half cut head  :tilt:

The one that hit me wasn't as big, so no injury.

Is it expensive to have fixed?  There are about 15 dents on my roof only - no other dents I can see.  I'm comprehensively insured, but will have to pay my excess.

We had some very severe storms in Melbourne today.

At around 3pm the whole metro area had a fierce hail storm, with the hail between golf ball size and 10cm in diameter.

I was at The Glen Shopping Centre at the time getting a hair cut.  My car was parked outside when the storm started.  When the hail hit, I jumped out of the barber's chair, ripped off the apron and raced to move my car under cover.  My car was exposed for less than 1 minute.  But I was too late  :waah:   I HATE HAIL.

Did anyone else suffer damage?

Yes Luke ,

I just checked my Mercedes Benz Vito and i can see dents on the roof  :irked:
What makes it worse is that the colour of my vehicle is pearl black !
I'm not fussed about it since it's high up as long as it didn't damage the Bonnet or windscreen  ( which is ok ) !

At the time when the Melbourne storms hit i was at a clients place in Armadale trying to get my equipment and stuff back into the van , i got hit by these bloody golf ball like hail whilst i was trying to pack my stuff back into my van . Towards the end i ended up putting this knee pad over my head (which is almost the size of a desk) , that did the trick and prevented getting my head cracked !

I also got totally wet from head to toes no amount of umbrella could have coped with this amount of water coming down from the sky .

It felt as if someone was throwing 20 litre drums of water from the sky that's how much water fell within seconds .

Koornang rd in Armadale was an small ocean and i had to go through it , thank heavens this vehicle is high , it felt like a speed boat was going through the water that's how much water there was !
