Dont know why, always seemed drinking alcohol was strange to me.
I think until I was about 20 or so, it just seemed very dangerous to me to drink, as those around me almost universally ended up in some sort of drama as a result.
Beyond that age, its just a case of never have, so why start now.

Good for you, I'm following your path, and not for religious/medical reasons.

As far as my reasoning/experience with alcohol goes, while bad things don't necessarily happen due to alcohol consumption being a factor (although they almost certainly have a higher chance of occurring), I cannot see any good coming from such consumption.

I went to dinner with Goobs a couple weeks ago, we managed to eat a bucketload of food whilst only drinking water, but still ended up with a bill that looked like we'd been drinking Grange all night.
