Swinburne University is conducting a research project exploring how Australian men manage their relationships and themselves.

To take part in a study, you must be living in Australia and over 18 years of age. You cannot take part in this study if you have been meditating consistently for over three years, or have undertaken more than one year of regular, consecutive psychotherapy sessions. If you complete this survey, you can choose to enter a prize draw to win 1 of 5 $50 VISA gift cards.

Participation in the study involves completing an anonymous online survey (see below). The survey should take approximately 25-35 minutes to complete in total.

Participation in this study is voluntary and you are free to not answer any questions you do not wish to answer. You may withdraw from the study at any time without question or explanation. All data will be anonymous.

This forum doesn't constitute psychotherapy sessions for its members?

Hi,

Allanuber, I chose this forum because this study explores how Australians relate to each other, and this forum is for Australian men.

Mondi, your data is anonymous and I can't identify it from the database. I can post the final findings of the overall study to you in November, if you are interested. The colour study is an example of the Stroop effect. Thank you very much for participating!

Cheers,
Asher
