Ahh I remember the one, it was on a silver CLK convertible last time I was up there a few weeks ago. Apparently there wasn't enough room for his kids to play so he bought the house next down and knocked it down!

a real estate agent told me that theres less than 25% ocupancy up there, and i swear almost every house there is for sale.

One of the missus' ex workmates leave in the street. I would say closer to 50% but still not huge! Off topic but did you see the price drop on Bellagio?

November'ish 2009.

Started at 14.5m including the 2 adjoing blocks. Then separated the blocks to bring it down to 9.5m, then 8.5m (which is what it was when I last checked). But now it is listed for 5.5m? 

Edit: Typo, I meant 09.

Been probably close to 12 months now. Bank has it now. Wants $5.5m for it now, bit cheaper then the original 12!
