3 Sir Lancelot has always been my favorite on SI.

It started at ~15m, then to 11.5m, then to 9m now.

The image that listing doesn't show (and neither does re.com.au, hh.com.au etc) is the underground garage, holding F360 and F430.

thats my ultimate style of house, i think it looks stunning. (although i will admit this one is a little busy)

horses for courses i guess.

thats my second fav. house on the islands, my fav. is the one i mention above.

although of the smaller houses located there (relative term of course) this thing is stunning, i took a look at it a few months back, very cool home. had glass walkway's and really felt fantastic to be in

you should check out the monster being built on Knightsbridge, it dwarfs the rest of them.

Insurance companies are becoming twitchy about global warming and rising seas, these look as if they'd be first to go.
