I noticed on the weekend they had a huge field compared to Clipsal…. Do people race selected events throughout the year?
And do they have any decent races? Like 50 laps? Would be great to watch a longer race.

Clipsall was pretty good too...

Nah, once these hollywood rounds are done, it'll drop off to 20 or so entrants.... We might get a gig for some other high profile V8 events yet... Bathurst, Homebush, Indy perhaps.....

We do a Sandown Enduro... 3 hr race sometimes, but for cost cutting last year they cut back it into two one hour races so no re-fuelling. But an hour is a perfect length race anyway. 3 hrs is too long for only 20 cars.

Sounds good… yeah 1hr is a good length for a race, wouldn’t want to go much longer than that.
Hopefully now we have ONE HD they will broadcast some more racing… although im not going to hold my breath…
We all know college basketball and football are more exciting  :rolleyes:
